Why Blood Sugar Can Look Normal While Metabolism Is Not

If your blood sugar is normal, does that mean your metabolism is healthy? Not necessarily. The body can compensate for years — keeping the number in range while the system quietly becomes less efficient.

Key Nuance
Two people with identical fasting glucose can have very different metabolic situations — one handling it effortlessly, one compensating with much higher insulin output. The outcome looks the same; the metabolic effort behind it does not.
